As the EUREKA cluster for low carbon energy technologies, EUROGIA+ helps transnational collaborations get their energy-related RD&D projects funded. This information day will give you a unique opportunity to learn about the EUROGIA+ programme and the funding possibilities.

As one of the key technologies for Europe’s energy future, marine renewables represent an important subset of projects funded through EUROGIA+. With the special focus on marine renewables, this EUROGIA+ information day intends to facilitate the generation of exciting transnational RD&D projects in this area by bringing together interested industry and academic players from all over Europe.

EUROGIA+ Information Day in Madrid -September 30, 2011


EUROGIA+ is pleased to announce that the next information day will be held in Madrid on September 30, 2011 under the auspices of CDTI.  The goal of Madrid information day is  to present Spanish funding schemes and EUROGIA+ to Spanish industry and academia. 

The highlight of the event will be the bilateral meetings, giving the opportunity to the participants to introduce their project ideas to EUROGIA+ team and CDTI.

On 15 November, EUROGIA+ is organizing EUROGIA+ Day to celebrate its 3rd anniversary with the distinguished speakers from across Europe.

was founded in 2008 to support and promote international partnerships developing innovative projects in low-carbon energy technologies.
Deployment of low carbon energy technologies is the only way to meet Europe’s ambitious 20-20-20 objectives and address climate change. EUROGIA+ Programme supports all innovative energy technologies that will reduce the carbon footprint.

Join us at EUROGIA+ Day where you will have a unique opportunity to learn more about EUROGIA+ programme, low carbon energy technologies and the achievements of public- private partnerships. This event will bring together energy sector,academia as well as key stakeholders and policy makers in Europe.

EUROGIA+ Day will be followed by Brokerage Event in the afternoon which will allow the participants to introduce their project ideas to EUROGIA+ and to the public authorities.

European Innovation Summit


The 3rd European Innovation Summmit will be organized in Brussels and Warsaw. In Warsaw the adjustment of the EU policies to regional and local contexts will be the main topic discussed . In Brussels meetings, which will be held in the European Parliament,  the challenges of innovation funding and financing will be adressed.

EUROGIA+ Information Day in Paris - July 4, 2011


Next EUROGIA+ Information Day will be organized by French Finance Ministry in Paris. The main aim of this event is to attract more French Participation in EUROGIA+ projects.

EUROGIA+ Paris Information Day will take place on the 4th of July at UBIFRANCE grand amphithéatre. During the information day, the General Manager of EUROGIA+, Christian Besson will feature a presentation and companies, research institutes and universities will learn how to submit a successful EUROGIA+ project.
